My name is Christopher Constant and I was born and raised in Alexandria, Louisiana. I moved to Buckeye, Arizona in search of new and exciting beginnings. I chose to move from Louisiana in hopes of a change in weather and a healthier lifestyle. In true "southern comfort" form, I pride myself in helping others; it has always been one of my passions. Bad Credit, Not a Problem!

  1. There are plenty of lenders who can help you receive a bad credit mortgage loan. You can call lenders directly and discuss your options, or you can go online to compare and contrast online lenders.

  2. Another mortgage loans option for people with bad credit is the Federal Housing Administration. The FHA helps potential homebuyers get affordable mortgages by offering reduced down payment requirements and fewer credit requirements. If your credit score is in need of a makeover, ask your lender if you can qualify for an FHA loan.

What does it cost you?

  1. In Arizona the seller pays the real estate agent commissions.  This goes for the buyer’s agent and the selling agent.  The average cost of commission is 6% of the purchase price.  3% goes to the buyers agent and 3% goes to the seller’s agent.  All commissions are negotiable.  It’s a good idea to stay at the average 6%.  Let’s say you sell your home for $200,000.  This will be $12,000 that you will pay in commissions.

  2. How much is the seller's closing costs in Arizona?  You can expect this to be around 1% of the purchase price.  1% usually covers all the business that happens in the background: transferring the deed, paying fees for paperwork processing, etc.  Let’s stick with the number of $200,000.  This would be $2,000 in closing costs...  

 

How long is the home selling process?

Often times there is no logical reason for the certain time it takes to sell a house.  Being in the “right time and the right place” is sometimes all that it takes.. You never know what buyers might be in the market, and how quickly they are looking to pull the trigger on a purchase.  However, for the majority of sellers there are a few factors that will determine how quickly your house will sell.
